Owner desperately seeking lost dogs. While traveling through Utah, dogs were lost near Exit 261 on I-15. Owner lives in Arizona so she cannot visit facilities in the area but wants to make every possible effort to find her “babies”. They are two Papillons, 9-10 lbs., a female, white with black markings (“Free”) and a male, white with red markings (“Duffy”). A member of Best Friends says she saw a stray Papillon matching Duffy’s description in Provo. She is offering a $500 reward. Duffy has a microchip, but Free doesn’t.
